[TYPO3-v4] Just a few rants (don't take it offensive)

Besides the many great improvements TYPO3 has made once again there are some points I am not happy
with and I wanted to let you know about them.
== LABELS ==
- The German Labels for the page.keywords and page.description fields have the annotation "SEO" in
parentheses, which is very misleading IMHO. I know SEO is a topic where you can discuss a lot and
for many things there's no ultimative truth, but what is for sure is that Meta Keywords can not help
you in any way with SEO. This myth has to die and I'd be sad if TYPO3 would go on with spreading
this myth.
- pages.alias and pages.target have short descriptive Labels in English but horrible labels in
German ("verwenden diesen Alias in simulierten Pfaden", "werden mit diesen Zieleinstellungen
geöffnet"). The labels are not to explain what a link target is for - you can do that in CSH.
== TCEFORM STRUCTURE ==
=== pages ===
The new order of fields IMHO is not better than the old one. They're both not good. Especially the
Tabs "Appearance" and "Behaviour" are not very logical. Why is "Replace Content" in the Appearance
Tab and not in Behaviour? I think it would be better to have two divided Tabs which handle FE and BE
concerns.
The following fields handle FE rendering and should be in a "Frontend" Tab:
layout, newUntil, content_from_pid, alias, target, protocol, cache_timeout, no_cache, l18n_cfg,
no_search, php_tree_stop, is_siteroot
And there should be a "Backend" Tab with the following fields:
be_layout, be_layout_next_level, module, editlock
This could make the "Resources" Tab obsolete. You can sort its fields very good into the FE and BE Tabs:
media=>FE
storage_pid,TSconfig=>BE
=== tt_content ===
For "Text & Images" and "Images" CEs: The image options should be in the Images Tabs. It's very
confusing to find the options for width etc. in another tab.
And it should be possible to make the image_link field also a textarea where you can split the links
by new lines. This would be consistent to the other image options.
That's it for a moment. Be warned: If I find some more, I'll follow-up here.
Kind regards and keep up the good work :)
