[TYPO3-v4] F(LUID)MENU ?

Hey Guys, while i was under the shower (does not every good idea start 
under the shower? :D ) i had an idea about an FMENU which could be coded 
to make a next step towards FLOW3.

Since it is possible to have a fluid page template now already, it 
should be possible to create a fluid menu as well, right?

i would contribute this to the core but need some help and willing 
people to help.
