BTW: Wouldn't it make sense to call the hotfix 4.5.2?
This is the first time, that we would introduce letters in a release innit?
This might be confusing and I couldn't find anything about this in 
http://typo3.org/teams/core/resources/release-workflow/
But maybe I just missed a discussion!?
