[TYPO3-v4] Migrating TYPO3 core to git.typo3.org commencing soon

On this topic I was thinking that we should try to be as many Core Team 
members available on the Bug Day following the migration (that would 
March 25th). This way we could help developers get familiar with the new 
workflow and tools. Let's mobilize ourselves for that date!
