[TYPO3-v4] TYPO3 Browser Support

Hey everyone,

what do you think about defining the supported TYPO3 browsers somewhere
on TYPO3.org (or is that section somewhere and I did not find it)?

As we have nearly reached a TYPO3 version that will not support IE6
anymore I thought we should have that info available somewhere alongside
a supported browsers list. That list would also define with which
browsers patches should be tested.

For me for 4.6 that list would consist of:
IE 7 + 8 (possibly 9)
Firefox (latest version)
Google Chrome / Chromium (latest version)
Safari (latest version)

and perhaps
Opera (latest version)
