Thanks for the announcement and pointing out the TODOs for 4.5.1.

Besides having a patch level release of our brand new LTS version, we
are also going to create packages of the old stable versions:
* TYPO3 4.3.11 would contain 8 fixes
* TYPO3 4.4.7 would contain 29 fixes
