[TYPO3-v4] A "big cleanup" umbrella issue?

Indeed, I really meant having an issue with lots of children. Of course 
it may well become a "monster", but OTOH it is just meant to serve as 
overview, so I don't see that as a problem.

Smaller umbrella issues could be made as needed too.

So what shall we do?
