[TYPO3-v4] Friendly ghost - weekly summary (week #32)

Hi dear TYPO3 community,

Here's my friendly ghost summary for last week.

Few numbers:

Open issues: 3418 (-37)
New issues last week: 31
Resolved issues: 91 (closed/resolved + last update last week)

(only counting Bugs/Features)

Important issues:
============================
#28847 Maintain compatibility with changed headline rendering
#28915 Linkvalidator: Refactor to t3lib_http_Request for external URLs
Lots of rtehtmlarea fixes (thanks, Stan :-))

All in all it was a very calm week, probably the silence after feature
freeze.
