ok, i was able to fix the problem you found, there was a missing wrapper 
for top.content.nav_frame which is added now.

The Scrollbar problem i tried to fix yesterday, but wasn't able to. 
There is no css or other dimension configuration done, there is only one 
width. I even wasn't able to find a reason while explorig with firebug, 
maybe any other is able to find the reason for the horicontal scrollbar.
Sure, we simply could add  overflow-x: hidden, but this is not a 
solution, only hiding the problem.

So i attached a new patch here.
