[TYPO3-v4] tcaTree in current trunk

Hi Steffen,

having the TCAtree is an awesome feature and as you know I really would 
like to use it and I have at least 2 use cases for it:
* an extension of a customer with a tree of pages
* news2 with a category tree.

Having FYI's is IMO the best solution and I would love to test those and 
deliver further feature requests or bug reports.
