[TYPO3-v4] ExtDirect and Caching vs. multiple domains

Hi,

i already noticed this misbehaviour and it has to be changed. It's very 
usual that you use one installation with 2 domains, easy to reproduce on 
a local macheine where you set domains in hosts, always reachable also 
with localhost.

If you find a fix for this i would be happy, BT entry already exists by 
Susanne.
