[TYPO3-v4] Harmonizing severity levels

Hi all,

+1 for cleaning up that mess and using BSD style log values.

Cleaning up FlashMessages should be easy as their values are hidden in 
constants...

Also, please find attached a list of requirements for a new logging 
system I put together a while ago...
