[TYPO3-v4] Refreshing the sprites of the new BE skin

Uhm.. what if we forget to replace one icon? Then we can't fix this for  
4.4 (or at least it will not affect all users).
Somehow I'd still like to have at least a check of the cache status, when  
all caches are cleared.
