hi,

+1 - extbase/fluid already do this.
Some exceptions: cms, sv, css_styled_content - they are needed for 
nirmal FE generating, and some FE tests should be covered in the main 
test folder.

Just an idea: we excluded the test folder from releases. i would like to 
have it included. So whenever some problems arise you are able to run 
the tests in any installation - may be someone modified core or 
somethiung else ;)
