Of course they will not get fixed in 4.1 anymore, but that doesn't mean 
that the reports aren't valid anymore.

So in the end, they need to be triaged during a Bug Day. If an issues is 
still reproducable a note should be added and the issue maybe updated. 
Otherwise the issue can be _closed_ if the issue is not valid anymore.

We can close them because 4.1 has been released and especially because 
it's not supported anymore.
