i have these isues in mind.
* some css adjustments (many of the last minute cjanges needs to be 
improved, see also #14721, and one i will fix in some minutes. But 
mainly we have to look to all parts of BE.
* Install tool needs
   a) validation for new database
   b) see discussion with first install (still open)

In general it makes no sense to release a final 2 days after a RC, so 
either RC was not needed or final has to be delayed a bit.
Especially in our case where all the skinning issues was solved in last 
minute on pressure.
