[TYPO3-mvc] Record Versioning

Hi all

I'm designing a new extensions for a customer. The main object has some simple properties like title and so on.
But one or more properties should be "versionized". NOTE: Some properties must not be "versionized"! And it should respect translations.

Does anybody have some suggestions how to achieve this?
