[TYPO3-mvc] Cannot create newRecord from own extensionin in list module?

Hi,

normally, if I create a new extension, I can create a new record within 
Web -> List -> select Sysfolder -> new Record Symbol (there I can see my 
extension and the records I could create)

Where can this be configured? I have an TYPO3 6.2 installation where no 
records of my own extensions are selectable. Only TYPO3 standard records 
are available to select:

Create a new page
  Page (inside)
  Page (after)
  Page (select position)


Create a new content element
  Page Content
  Click here for wizard!


System Records
  Alternative Page Language
  Domain
  Internal note



Whats wrong / where can I configure it?
