[TYPO3-mvc] Date resets when copying record in BE

Hello,

I notice a strange behaviour while copying a record in TYPO3 BE.
I've a record with a date field, which is defined as 'datetime' in DB. 
If a copy a record that has a date set, this value is set to 1970-01-01 
in the copied record.

Any ideas how to fix this?
