[TYPO3-mvc] FAL - create FileReference from within a frontend controller action

An addition: I don't think this is a problem related to my thread. It 
seems, that this is standard behaviour in TYPO3 / TCA: When having a 
model wir several FAL properties, always *all* uids are shown for all 
FAL fields of the record (when the columns are displayed by extending 
the table by clicking on the "+" icon in liste model an choosing the 
FAL columns).
