You posted about your problem long time ago, but I actually got the same problem, right now.
Have you found any solution for it?

I have several self-created extensions in one installation and the create new record tree/list is mixed up like you described it in your older post.

extension_key1
- Model1 Ext1
- Model2 Ext1
- Model1 Ext2
- Model2 Ext2
