[TYPO3-mvc] Allow overriding of object mapping per plugin in extbase 6.1

Hi list,

I'm looking for the correct TypoScript notation for overriding the 
object mapping on a per plugin basis. Before 6.1 this was done globally 
with config.tx_extbase.objects (and it's still possible). But how can 
it be done in a local plugin context in 6.1+?
