[TYPO3-mvc] Which cache DATA is needed in a DB backup?

Hello friends and FriendInnen,

can I safely leave out the data of these tables in a database
backup?:

- tx_extbase_cache_object 
- tx_extbase_cache_object_tags 
- tx_extbase_cache_reflection 
- tx_extbase_cache_reflection_tags 

I would include the structure of the table of course ...
