[TYPO3-mvc] Access external data in plugin-settings

Hi!

I'm new to typo3 and I created my first plugin with mvc.
It just prints out some text on the frontend and this works.

What I need to do now:

I want to access external data and show it in the backend.
It should show when you click on Pages->Your-Page->Your-Plugin->Plugin settings.

I guess this is not possible with Fluid?
Overall I want to show my own view in the plugin settings.

Anyone got an idea or could push me into the right direction?
