[TYPO3-mvc] fed vhs helpers

I guess you have a typo in your Viewhelper. The class is called

Tx_Vhs_ViewHelpers_Condition_ExtendViewHelper
instead of
Tx_Vhs_ViewHelpers_Condition_ExetendViewHelper
	(has an extra 'e')
