[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase Plugin Content, Indexing + Page Timestamp

hi there,

we are using content indexing with crawler on our t3 website.

one page contains an extbase plugin. this plugin shows contact data from 
hosptitals.

the problem is that if one changes the hospital ("klinik") data in the 
backend, the page timestamp does not change. for this reason the 
indexing data is not updated.

the crawler configuration looks like this:
&tx_hplusinfo_fe_spitalinfo[action]=spitalinfo&tx_hplusinfo_fe_spitalinfo[controller]=klinik&tx_hplusinfo_fe_spitalinfo[klinik]=[_TABLE:tx_hplusinfo_domain_model_klinik;_PID:24]&L=[0|1|2]

i.e. "spitalinfo" action is called for all klinik UIDs and three 
languages 0..2

is there a way to tell the indexing engine when "klinik" entity 
properties have changed? or do i have to force the page timestamp in 
some way?

any help would be much appreciated!
