Generally speaking: no. There is no way to know how the RealURL 
configuration is built. Some may still use the _DEFAULT-domain 
construction, most will set a configuration for each domain.

You can help integrators by supplying example configuration which they 
can easily use in their own configuration.

If people use the autoconfig feature of RealURL you can supply 
configuration [1].
