[TYPO3-mvc] Is there any up-to-date extbase tt_address extension available?

Hi Nicolas

Just to let you know: Ingo and me decided to integrate an Extbase 
model/repository for the next tt_address update. But tt_address is just 
maintained and will stay compatible to 4.5 for the tons of user that 
still use tt_address.

Personally I like the "addresses" approach better but unfortunately 
development seems to be stalled.
