[TYPO3-mvc] Is there any up-to-date extbase tt_address extension available?

IMHO the model of tt_address is stuffed with tons of unnecessary
properties like name, gender, birthday and so on. I should rather not
speak of it as a "model". So I won't follow this approach.

EXT:addresses looks far more clean to me. I could ask Fabien today about
the state.
