[TYPO3-mvc] 2 plugins share the same action/fluit-template --> flexform configuration interferes

hi everyone,

i have got an extbase extension with 2 frontend plugins. both use the 
same showAction() and therefore the same Show.html fluid template.

so far so good.

one of the plugins is configured via flexform.

in the shared fluid template i have defined an if condition which checks 
some of the flexform configuration.

works almost like a charm - there is one problem:

if i select the plugin with the flexform configuration an make some 
configuration there and then decide to select the other plugin the 
configuration still affects the if condition in the fluid templat.

question: is there a possibility in the fluid template to (a) check 
which plugin is slected or (b) avoid that the flexform configuration 
affects the not-configurable plugin?

maybe you have got another hint?
