[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase & static countries: link not by uid but by isocode

talking with the author of static_info_extbase he isn't sure that it's  
possibile to tell Extbase to link objects by fields that aren't "uid"

i could not find deep docs on the topic

so right now i solved using the uid field of the static_info_table, and  
with a hook i save in the table the iso code of the related country
