[TYPO3-mvc] Book by Rau & Kurfürst. English translation as a .pdf file?

Thanks for the pointer. I have updated its content to reflect more the current state

First, it was the DocBook format as a technical barrier for translators which turns out to slow down 
the translation pace. After the move to reST - although it has become easier to translate - we have 
been still lacking a proper build chain which keep the motivation up. This build chain is under 
progress but not yet completed. As a temporary measure, we have set up 
http://docs.typo3incubator.org/ExtbaseFluidBook/_build/html/Index.html which is refreshed every 5 
minutes.

Anyway, a few chapters are still missing but the project mainly needs reviewer who can ensure the 
quality of the translation and take of the details (indentation of snippet, add labels). Any help
