[TYPO3-mvc] Book by Rau & Kurfürst. English translation as a .pdf file?

FYI, there is temporary rendering of the Book available @ 
http://docs.typo3incubator.org/ExtbaseFluidBook/_build/html/Index.html

So that should save some tedious set up time...
