[TYPO3-mvc] colorpicker fluid

Hey Jacco,

I know they are busy bringing a colorpicker into jQueryUI, but for now I
would go with this jQuery plugin: https://github.com/vanderlee/colorpicker

See the Fluid BE ViewHelper source on how to get the js into the be mod -
since that's where you want to put it ;-)
