[TYPO3-mvc] Change in Gerrit: Static info tables handling

I remember a couple of you some days ago trying to implement static_info_tables as Model relationships in an Extbase extension. If you are still in development and can try out a patch, a review of the change[1] in Gerrit would be greatly appreciated!
