[TYPO3-mvc] Switching from local extbase to system on TYPO3 4.5

well, just delete the folder of your local extbase version. As long as 
there is the system version available you don't have to uninstall it. 
But don't forget to clear the localconf cache (also delete the temp_*** 
files inside localconf)
