[TYPO3-mvc] Caching Extbase gets messed up with RealURL

Hi Christian,

I runned the patch on RU v. 1.11.2 (with the 2nd chunk manually)
The result is none of my pages are being cached anymore.

What version of RU did you use in writing the patch?
