[TYPO3-mvc] Fluid/Extbase add Javascript to page header

Hi Matt, Tim,

This is the one: http://fedext.net/viewhelpers/resource/fluid-script/

It parses a Javascript file as if it were a Fluid template.

Note: you may need to use <f:format.raw> or <fed:raw> on some of your curly braces if you get an unexpected output. The same goes if you use <fed:script> to insert you script inline in the page header.
