[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase Team Meetings

Hey,

as most of you know, we have Extbase Team Meetings in BigBlueButton[1] 
every second thursday at 2 p.m. or 4 p.m. (in turn). I just updated 
forge to reflect the next appointment
	1st December 4 p.m.

Using this schema has some disadvantages though. You have to update 
forge, people keep forgetting and it's kind of unhandy.

What about fixing it to
	every first thursday of a month at 4 p.m.
and
	every third thursday of a month at 2 p.m.

That would make things easier to remember and I think every usergroup 
does it that way already.
