[TYPO3-mvc] PersistenceManager deprecated, what to use now?

Hi list,

I see the persistenceManager
(Tx_Extbase_Dispatcher::getPersistenceManager()) is deprecated. What is the
alternative? It would be fun to have that in the deprecationLog... ;-)
