[TYPO3-mvc] Changes to switchableControllerActions

Hello,

current extbase (1.4.0) throws an exception when a requested
controller/action pair can not be resolved.

Earlier it was possible o use the switchableControllerActions settings
to force an instance into a certain controller/action pair.

How shall this feature (force a certain controller/action) currently be
implemented? Do I have to use differnet plugins now?
