[TYPO3-mvc] Scheduler $_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD'] not set

Hi Tim,

just FYI, as we talked about a nice solution a few weeks ago: there is a 
CLI RequestHanlder patch set available on gerrit [1] and forge [2]. 
Maybe you like to use and test (and review) it?
