Olly just uploaded the full dump to sourceforge, but not the 
"blog_example only" dump. I asked him to do that. So hopefully there 
will be no need to put it on the wiki.

More important would be a wiki page concerning performance issue, 
solutions, reproducible test scenarios, limitations... :)
