I also had to change my php.ini.
xdebug.max_nesting_level = 200 (default is 100)

Perhaps try this first

thanks for your hint.
I think ill have a look into my apache configuration.
I hope I can switch only my typo3 test installation to cgi based php.
AFAIR this could be done via httpd.conf.
