[TYPO3-mvc] Usefull ViewHelper where to put them?

Hello Thomas,

Issues are created.

These issues point directly to the sitemgr svn - as i think every one in
the icubator team should manage to export some files via svn ;)

I think there will be soon some more viewHelpers (for the toolbars and
other stuff ...) - let's see
