Sitemgr will allow (ks_sitemgr allows) to manage many customers in a
single TYPO3 instance.

Every customer has a so called siteadmin which is able to create be
users and set access rights for the users he/she created.
The rights structure is reduced, so that also non techies can understand
what they do ;)

The siteadmin may also change the layout of the site he manages.
The Extension was mainly developed to manage schoolwebsites.

There are many information about that either in the ks_sitemgr manual or
in the wiki on forge.

I will upload the ViewHelpers to the incubator soon.
