Thanks for clarification on the downside of this. To apply proper 
TypoScript maybe it will be an good idea to somehow inject 
ConfigurationManager and setting the required TypoScript with a array? 
(This is just a quick thought in mind and not sure how 
ConfigurationManger works.)
