[TYPO3-mvc] Localization of Fluid paginate widget

Hi,

btw the pagination of fluid is unusable with more records because e.g.
10 per page and 1000 records will produce 100 links which is far away
from usability.

I included the logic of the paginator extension of Dmitry into the
pagination of news2 which is extbase. you can check that out at forge
and works very nice because then you get something like < 1 ... 8 9 10 >
