[TYPO3-mvc] new feature proposal: f:format.crop returns whole if set to 0

Hi,

I don't like to add those multimagic value things from v4 core to 
extbase/fluid again.

Therefore I even would make it different and throw an exception if the 
cropLength is <= 0 because the feature of cropping is just not possible 
then.

If you need to disable it, you can use an if condition as well
