[TYPO3-mvc] FYI: Fluid (v4) Bugtracker moved to Extbase MVC Framework

Hi all,

until now Fluid related issues were created in tracker of the Fluid 
FLOW3 package [1] because most of the issues concern both, the package 
and the extension..
That lead to some confusion and to quite a lot "half baked" fixes.

So we decided to use the Extbase bugtracker [2] for Fluid (v4) related 
issues too from now on.
I moved all issues that only affected the extension from the package to 
the new bug tracker.

Note: If you create an issue, please make sure to set the category to 
one of the "Fluid: *" options. I also created a category for the 
BlogExample.

I also added this information to the wiki [3]
